I was in a bit
of a mystery about why my patients were not getting
onto long term programs of care. I had my
suspicions, but decided not to “wing it” and hired
Insight Services, to do a patient survey to find out
what was going on.
They worked with me to get the questions right so
that we could get the information I needed. Once the
project was completed, they presented the data to me
in a very professional manner and I had my answers.
It was easy (on me) and painless to get the data.
It resolved my “unknowing.”
